In keeping with the spirit of the Ardélion tradition, the IEC&SF takes its events on a captivating journey across Europe with each new edition. True to our name, the festival travels to various cities and regions, offering a unique opportunity for local audiences to experience world-class films and screenplays.

Rules & Terms for submission:

Eligibility

Open to filmmakers from all over the world.

Films must be independently produced.

All genres are welcome, including feature films, documentaries, and short films.

Submission Format

Films must be submitted via our official submission platform.

Accepted formats: Digital files (.mp4, .mov).

Non-English language films must have English subtitles.

Feature Films (over 60 minutes)

Short Films (under 30 minutes)

Documentaries (any length)

Selection Process:

Review

All submitted films will be reviewed by our selection committee.

Filmmakers will be notified of the selection status by the notification date listed on our FilmFreeway page.

Selected films will be screened during the festival dates.

Filmmakers agree to provide high-quality copies for screening if selected.

Awards will be given in various categories, including Best Feature Film, Best Short Film, and Best Documentary.

By submitting a film, the filmmaker confirms they hold all necessary rights for screening.

The festival reserves the right to use clips from submitted films for promotional purposes.
